How long have you been with DCI Solution?
I started at DCI Solution in December of 2017.
What is your role at DCI Solution?
My official title is Right of Appraisal Manager & Final Reviewer. Basically, what I do is review high-profile total loss claims and negotiate Actual Cash Values on behalf of our clients and DCI Solution.
How would you describe your team at DCI Solution?
Family, and not just because a good portion of us share the same last name. The team at DCI Solution is a tight group of people that constantly communicates to be on the same page.
What motivates you, and why?
Competition with myself or my peers. I think that a healthy dose of competition keeps everybody on their toes and is a good way to keep myself and others motivated to push harder.
What aspects of our mission do you identify with the most?
Accuracy, Efficiency, and Simplicity. Those are the main things I’m negotiating on a daily basis on behalf of DCI Solution’s clients. We strive to be the most accurate, efficient, in the most effortless way possible.
In your time at DCI Solution, what has been your favorite project/moment, and why?
In my early days, there was a total loss valuation on a custom-built vehicle. This vehicle was truly “one of a kind.” It was built fully in Dubai as a rolling chassis. It was shipped to America and had an engine put into it for testing. While testing it, the driver hit a wall and totaled it. It was interesting to call the person who built it and learn the story of how it was built/shipped.
Who would you select as your mentor if you could choose anybody?
Michael Jordan. He was the absolute best at his craft, and I would like to be the same.
If you could tell your 13-year-old-self one thing, what would it be, and why?
Stay humble, Stay hungry. Be grateful for what you have while always striving to better yourself and those around you. You think you know everything at 13, but there is still a lot to be learned.
