April Company Update

 

The year 2020 has brought a lot of changes to DCI Solution, our clients, and the world. March brought DCI Solution a big change with our new and improved Valu-Rite® system. This new system was built to help clients by making things easier. Our client experience satisfaction has certainly increased, but as with anything new, there have been some bumps in the road. The global pandemic of COVID-19 has also brought along some big changes to the world and how we all work. In this article, we’ll talk about how all of these things have changed DCI Solution and how we are continuing to serve our clients with the best service and the best valuations in the industry.

COVID-19 Pandemic and DCI Solution

This year has brought the global pandemic known as the Coronavirus or COVID-19. None of the employees of DCI Solution are doctors or in the medical field, but we have seen through the news, photographs, and videos just how serious this pandemic is. Our entire valuation staff is now working remotely.  We are happy to say that through this pandemic, there has been ZERO service disruption for our clients. Our top priority has always been and will always be the health and well-being of our employees and clients. We as a company continue to monitor this ongoing pandemic and will continue to put our people first.

DCI Solution would also like to send out a sincere thank you to all of the medical staff, delivery people, essential employees, and truck drivers who have continued to work through this unprecedented time. Without your perseverance, the world would truly come to a halt.

New and Improved Valu-Rite® System

At the beginning of March, we rolled out our new and improved Valu-Rite® system to our clients. Our main goal with this new system was to make the lives of our clients easier. A lot of the system changes and updates were behind the scenes, but some of the front line changes have made some great impressions on our clients. Thanks to your feedback, we were made aware of an issue with uploading attachments. This is now resolved. We strongly encourage all of our clients to upload photographs, estimates, receipts, and other documents to help us provide the best possible valuation.

Our reports have also been enhanced making them even easier to read and understand. At DCI Solution we aren’t just giving you a number, we’re giving you a specific reason and methodology on how we came to that number. That way, when it comes to settling your claims, you’re not left in the dark with where the figures came from. Each DCI Solution valuation report will give a breakdown of exactly how we came to our valuation.

We’ve also rolled out a simpler invoicing solution. Each order will have its own unique invoice and number. No more confusion on what services have or have not been paid.

DCI Solution prides itself on being the best in the specialty vehicle valuation industry. We know that the world is going through unprecedented times right now, but DCI Solution will keep moving forward with the client and the health and safety of our people in mind. We look to continue to make improvements to our Valu-Rite® system as time moves forward.
