Under the Hood of the New Valu Rite System

At the beginning of this month, DCI Solution unveiled our new and improved Valu-Rite® System. On the outside, the Valu-Rite® System might look similar to the old one, but under the hood, it’s a whole new animal. Most of the updates are behind the scenes, but users will be sure to notice some of the nuances and upgrades we’ve made. Some of the big updates we’ve made to the system include:

  • Ability to handle multiple orders and services– Each of your files or requests with still be associated with one Valu-Rite DCI number. However, now each Valu-Rite DCI number can have multiple orders and services. This change may seem subtle, but it should make looking at your files on the dashboard quicker and easier to read.
  • Dashboard – The new dashboard will be faster, more concise, and provide greater filter/sort capabilities. We are trying to make sure that you are able to find all the information on your files in one easy to read place. This new dashboard will do just that.
  • Invoicing–  Now each order within a Valu-Rite® DCI number with have a unique invoice. This will make invoices easier to understand and sort both for you the client and internally.
  • Data Security– Our top priority is keeping your data safe and secure. This new platform provides many new security levels as we continue to expand our utilization of API’s and other systems integrations.
