Accuracy – our goal as a company is to always provide the most accurate vehicle valuations. To achieve this goal we need to have the best trained and most knowledgeable valuation staff in the vehicle valuation industry. Our clients come to us for our expertise, therefore our staff needs to be experts. We have donned the term Valuator for this role which almost has a superhero ring to it.
A major part of this training that each Valuator is required to complete is the DCI University (DCIU) Valuator Certification program. This in-depth training program covers multiple facets of the vehicle valuation industry. It covers all the aspects of performing an appraisal, reviews the USPAP guidelines, and outlines all the required details for an accurate and thorough valuation.
The program also covers every asset type, including Autos, Trucks, Trailers, RVs, and AG/Heavy Equipment in a separate in-depth course.
Only upon completion of these courses does a person become a DCI Certified Valuator.
We don’t stop there though. Continuing education is very important, and we require our team to complete several CE courses per year.
Additionally, we look to outside training and certification courses as well for our Valuators.
All of this is to provide our clients with the most accurate valuations in the industry.
