The Valu-Rite® Report is easy to read and explain. You will see specific dollar amount adjustments on a line-by-line basis. These adjustments show you exactly how we arrive at our final valuation. Comments from our Valuation Specialists also tell you why certain adjustments were made.

We use a proprietary historical database to search for comparable vehicles. If that’s not enough, we use reputable industry resources such as TruckPaper, Equipment Trader, RV Trader, and more.

Valu-Verification

Our Valu-Verification process is a personalized, hands-on approach to valuations. This process verifies all options, equipment, upgrades, and refurbishments on the loss vehicle and those used for comparison. The process begins by reviewing all photos and other documentation. When needed, we will also make calls to the insured, dealer, manufacturer, or adjuster to get the information we need to get an accurate valuation.
 
The reason this step is so important is simple. Options, equipment, upgrades, and refurbishments can translate to thousands of dollars. Recent ads from Truckpaper had 2014 Cascadia 125’s for sale ranging from $28,000 to $84,000. A spread like that means that you can’t rely on year, make, and model alone. That’s why our Valu-Verification™ process is so critical.

Total Loss Plus

DCI Solution and OEC are partnering to provide clients with our Total Loss Plus service. Clients will continue to receive ACV Total Loss Valuations from DCI Solution. Clients can also receive a tax and fee calculation powered by OEC’s Total Loss Workbook. All this, found right inside the DCI Solution Valu-Rite System.
